    This matter came for hearing on Plaintiffs’ request for an additional award of attorney's

    fees that were incurred following the July 2021 bench trial in this matter.

    The Court has considered: (i) Plaintiffs’ Affidavits regarding attorney’s fees; (ii)

    Defendant Richard Jordan’s Trial Brief on Plaintiffs’ Claims for Attorneys’ Fees; (iii) Plaintiffs’

    Brief Regarding Claims for Attorneys’ Fees; (iv) the oral arguments presented by the parties at

    the July 27, 2022 hearing; and (v) the evidence and testimony presented at the bench trial in

    considering Plaintiffs* request.

    The Court finds the attorneys’ fees Plaintiffs are requesting are reasonable based on the

    factors set forth in Ohio Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5.

    Based on the foregoing, the Court hereby awards Plaintiffs $29,351.32 in additional
