This is to acknowledge the receipt of your letter made for your husband Sgnt. Rice Edward
Sanchez among the U.S troop on peace keeping mission here in Syria under military
jurisdiction. We understand through your letter.

I must inform you here that he is of an important mission holding a profound position in security
and monitoring duties as one of our military intelligence including his effectiveness and
commitment with his duties here in the peace keeping base Syria and he needs a good
replacement . Accordingly, you should also note that this is not time for his official discharge but
not withstanding he will be granted an emergency discharge with Transfer basically on your
explanations, quick response to instructions and comprehensive introduction of your true
personality in your application letter.

I must also bring to your notice that the US military authority does not allow our soldiers or
anybody in this particular mission to go on a retirement or Emergency leave Discharge as the
mission is a special combat but in a situation where any member of the US Marine , who's wife,
friend, fiancé requested for an emergency discharge and Transfer to go out with his wages on
his own discretion and agreement with his fiancé, friends and family to apply or request for an
emergency Discharge and Transfer, it must involve payment of fees which is non-refundable in
line Military rule and your fiancé SGT. Rice Edward Sanchez will also get all his wages paid as
soon as possible by issuing him a Debit card that will contain his wages and the activation code
to the debit card when he gets to your country. It is very important.

INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU TO ENABLE YOU MAKE THE PAYMENT
The above total fee mentioned should be provided by you as nobody is allowed to come here
with cash. To enable us the request towards SGT Rice Edward Sanchez for his trip back home.
Note this payment must be paid before he will be allowed to leave the Syria camp with his debit
card that will contain his wages that comes up to the sum of Two hundred thousand US dollars
($ 200,000.00) which will be activated once he gets to his proposed destination together with his
military gift and emergency leave and discharge certificate. He is entitled to live in any country
of his choice without any problems. SGT Rice Edward Sanchez will have access to his debit
card one he arrives in the state by activating it with the access code that will be given to him
after all process have been completed

The reason of payment for emergency leave and discharge is to assist the US Military authority
in wages debit card, replacement, expenses and supporting of troops coming to take over duties
from anyone going on emergency discharge and transfer, processing of all documents needed
in military court of Law. All this will be considered worthy and a way of ensuring that our troops
are protected and allowed to judiciously make use of their times for reasons they are applied
and paid for, This must be well understood by you, and instructions made here must be dully
followed with the payment of any of your choice of duration

NOTE: For payment of the requirements fee. On receiving the receipt of the full payment in less
than 5 business days of this notification, the name of your fiancé SGT Rice Edward Sanchez will
be processed and listedyou for emergency leave and discharge at the time expected, and he
will fly back to the state legally
