COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) was introduced by the Government to grow the Indian export of goods
and services, generating employment and increasing value addition in the country. The Government,
through the implementation of the policy, seeks to develop the manufacturing and service sectors.
Considering the thriving opportunities and regular demand for Export and Import sector, to the continual
practical training of Import and Export Business the participants an insight of International Trade. Statistics
show that many Indian entrepreneurs are looking forward to expand their business at International level
.Fresher or graduates of any fields are there seeking opportunity in Import - Export sector. Hence, the
Program in Import and Export which includes the overall Export documents fundamentals.

The faculty member will award marks out of a maximum of 40 marks for the internal performance of the student. The
Semester Examination will be of 60 marks and have two sections A and B. Section A, worth 50 marks will comprise
of seven theory questions (10 marks each) out of which a student will be required to attempt any five questions.
Section B will contain one practical/numerical problem and/or Case worth 10 marks. The examiner is requested to
choose a minimum of 2 questions from each section (Part A, B and C). Section B may be chosen from any section of
the syllabus.

Finance is the language of a business, without knowing the Fundamentals of Finance, It is nearly impossible
to Illustrate the business operations and the secrets that lie behind the numbers. Thus course has been

The course imparts an opportunity in the HR department which handles a wide variety of
responsibilities with rapidly evolving software. HR generalists now need technology skills to
complement the traditional duties of the job, such as benefits administration. As employee culture
becomes a premium selling point for companies, HR generalists act as liaisons between workers,
managers, and executives in measuring employee engagement. Generalists typically report to an HR
director or manager. While large companies often have bigger, more specialized HR teams, smaller
companies may only employ generalists.

*End-term Examination:
The faculty member will award marks out of a maximum of 40 marks for the internal performance of the
student. The Semester Examination is of 60 marks will have two sections A and B. Section A, worth 45 marks
will comprise of five theory questions (15 marks each) out of which a student will be required to attempt
any three questions. Section B will contain one practical/numerical problem and/or Case worth 15 marks
