standardizing DRR processes, including early warning systems, I
contributed to improving administrative efficiency, which will be
valuable in ASI’s public administration and planning work in Somalia.

Trained over 75 local leaders and 68 community representatives in


disaster risk management, focusing on risk assessment and mitigation.
My hands-on experience in capacity building for local government and
community leaders in public sector human resources will contribute to
ASI’s efforts in supporting human resource development within
Somalia’s public administration.
