1. What is health ??

Health is a broad concept that encompasses physical, mental, and


social well-being. It’s not just about the absence of illness or disease
but includes a holistic sense of well-being and the ability to function
effectively in daily life. so there are basically 4 types of health.

• Physical Health: This involves the proper functioning of the body and its
systems. It includes regular exercise, balanced nutrition, adequate sleep. We
can say basically physical health is the ability to perform a certain kind of task
or activity.

• Mental Health: Mental Health is basically a person’s state of


mind, that may vary over time. It includes managing stress,
maintaining a positive lifestyle, and having a good sense of self-
worth. Mental health is important because is help us to dealing with
challenges.

• Social Health: The far I know “SOCIAL HEALTH” is the relationship between your
neighbours and you. Good social health means having supportive relationships, effective
communication skills, and a sense of having a good connection.

• Spiritual Health: For some, this includes a sense of purpose, connection to a higher power or
values, and inner peace. Spiritual health can be a significant part of overall well-being for many
people. It may vary people to people.

2. What is wellness ??

Wellness refers to the overall state of being in good health It goes


beyond just the absence of disease. It goes further than just not
being sick and takes in many parts of life such as.

Physical Wellness: This covers working out eating a well-rounded diet, getting enough
sleep, and taking care of your health through proper medical attention.
Emotional Wellness: This involves handling stress showing feelings in a good way, and
keeping an upbeat attitude.

Mental Wellness: Doing things that challenge your brain, like picking up new skills, and
keeping your mind sharp.

count on.

Spiritual Wellness: This might mean finding what gives your life meaning, which can tie
