1.0 RATIONALE:
The rationale behind creating a coffee shop website is to establish an
online presence that meets the growing demand for digital accessibility and
convenience. Customers today frequently turn to the internet to discover new
chilling options, view place, interiors, menus, and get directions. A dedicated
website provides the coffee shop with a platform to showcase its collection,
ambiance, and special offers, ensuring that potential can easily find all the
information they need. It also enhances customer engagement by offering event
updates, and contact options, while simultaneously serving as a marketing tool to
attract new customers. Ultimately, a coffee shop website helps streamline
operations, increase visibility, and improve customer experience in an
increasingly digital world.
