Sustainability Officer (October 2022 – Present)
As a dedicated Sustainability Officer at PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya, Tbk, I drive the

implementation of sustainable practices in the palm oil industry. I ensure and maintain RSPO and
ISPO certifications, managing diverse departmental documentation databases. Collaborating
cross-functionally, I advocate for Independent Smallholder certification and enforce adherence to
RSPO and ISPO principles, SOPs, and policies.
Key Reponsibilities :
1. Successfully ensured and sustained RSPO and ISPO certifications through rigorous
compliance monitoring and continual improvement initiatives.
2. Orchestrated comprehensive database management encompassing legal, HSE,
environmental, agronomy, HR, CSR, and more.
3. Pioneered efforts for Independent Smallholder certification, enhancing supplier TBS
sustainability.
4. Ensured seamless adherence to SOPs, corporate policies, RSPO, and ISPO principles,
facilitating inter-departmental collaboration and compliance.

In this role i was responsible for overall process (raw material, product, and quality of materials
process) with being ensured all materials and product to full fill the procedure standard, and also
supported project new product development with technical department and expansion line
production with production department.
