Ball B – The forward now runs to the centre of the area created by the three mannequins/ flags (at
station 3) to receive a pass between the mannequins. The forward takes a touch to turn past a
mannequin and shoot at goal.

Ball C – The forward now runs into the box and receives a cross from a server (at station 1) to
shoot/head at goal.

The forward now becomes a server and the server will be the next forward. The next attack starts
from the opposite side of the pitch (at station 4).
