Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances


stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to
withdraw the RCA No.10 of 2023 pending on the file of the Appellate
Authority/Principal Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli to some other Sub Court at
Tiruchirappalli.

Prayer in CMP(MD). 12434/ 2024 :


To Stay all further proceedings in RCA No.10 of 2023 pending on the file of the
Appellate Authority/Principal Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli till the disposal of this
Transfer petition.

ORDER : This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this
day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon
hearing the arguments of MR.R.S.SIVARAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court
made the following order:-

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Since the petitioner has raised allegations as against the learned Principal Sub

Judge, Tiruchirappalli, Registry is directed to forward a copy of the affidavit and

petition to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

3. The learned Principal Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli is directed to submit his

4. Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 04.10.2024. Private notice is also

permitted.

5. List the matter on 04.10.2024.

6. There shall be an order of interim stay till then.
