1. To Ensure Safe Use

Your safety is the most important thing we concerned!
Please read this manual carefully and fully understand before operating your machine.

Improper handling or operation of this machine may result in

injury or damage to property. Points which must be observed to

WARNING prevent such injury or damage are described as follows.

Proper usage of machine

Warranty of machine will be void if equipment is modified or not operated under intended usage
and maintenance.
Emergency stop
Press the emergency stop switch (panic switch) to cut off power and halt machine motion in the
event of an emergency.

Don’t use the Emergency Stop button to stop the

machine in daily operation.

WARNING

Cabling obstruction
All external flexible cables should be run in conduits as not to present a tripping hazard.

Isolation of energy sources

Electrical and pneumatic energy sources must be cut off from machine for service, repair,
maintenance, and associated activities. Complete separation of power plug from socket and air
hose from compressed air line by mean of lever or quick connector coupling is mandatory to
prevent injuries caused by unexpected energizing or start up of machines.
Start-up conditions
Switch off the power switch prior to connecting power and air. Be alert and verify the safe start-up
conditions exist prior to connecting the air supply and switching on the power switch as the
machine may move when air pressure is applied.

 This machine has been designed, manufactured and protected for the following functions. Any
other use is not allowed.
 The printing machine should be installed in premises where no explosion, fire or flooding risk
exists.
 The printing machine should be installed and maintained by specialized technicians only. Always
comply with current safety and accident prevention regulations.
 The manufacturer is not responsible for damages to person(s) and or object(s) caused by misuse
of the machine,non-compliance or partial compliance with safety standards mentioned in this
manual, changes even small one,tampering and use of non-original spare parts.

3. Unpacking
The screen printing machine is to be unloaded by the customer. A forklift truck with adequate fork length
and lifting capacity will be required. The machine must be lifted carefully and only at the dedicated lifting
points at the middle of the base unit. Choose a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight, walls and
other obstructions and place machine on a flat surface.

Before First Starting

Before starting printing machine for the first time it is compulsory to make sure that:
- Incoming voltage is the same as indicated on the machine nameplate.
- All external connection be made with cable of adequate size and type.
- Main automatic switch (on the wall) be of correct type and size.
- Oil level be correct.(eventually top up with the same type of gear lubricant)
- Check and tighten all electrical connections.

4. Installation
4-1). Positioning
Place the unit on a firm, level surface ground. Before operation, the machine must be leveled. Adjusting
the four leveling mounts to rose the wheels off ground,and tighten lock nuts. Ensure adequate area for
setup tooling and for storage of parts before and after printing.

The equipment must only be used within the range of ambient
environment detailed in the specification and in an environment
CAUTION free of abnormal vibration.

4-2). Air source connection

Machine requires clean and dry compressed air. The air source connection is located on the left hand side
of machine.Connect air supply to the service unit and set system pressure as follows:
a. Connect the hose(φ8mm) of main air supply to the quick connector fitting.
b. Adjust system pressure to 0.6Mpa by lifting the adjusting knob to unlock, then
turning the knob clockwise to increase the pressure or counterclockwise to decrease
the pressure. Push down on the adjusting knob to lock the regulator after making
adjustments.

4-3). Power supply, foot switch, accessory

a. Ground machine externally.

Connect wire from the ground connector of machine to proper earth ground; for
example connect directly to the power supply ground socket.
b. Connect foot switch cable to the foot switch connector.
c. Connect main power cable with voltage AC380V, frequency 50/60Hz..
Carefully handle the connection cable without applying excessive force.

The earthing terminal of the equipment must be securely earthed

During operation of electrical equipment, certain parts of these devices are

under high voltage.Severe personal injury or significant equipment damage
could result from improper behavior.
Only qualified personnel should work on this equipment or in the vicinity of
this equipment.These personnel must be familiar with all warnings and
service procedures described in this manual, as well as safety regulations.

high-voltage equipment must be observed. Noncompliance may result in
death, injury, or significant equipment damage.

5. Operating instructions
5.1 Control Panel

Do not attach and remove printed circuit boards when AC power to
the equipment is on, as this may cause the equipment to

1 Power ON/OFF Under emergency situations, press to shutdown the machine at once.

2 Couer Speed Knob Adjust the speed of couer travelling speed from 1 to 10.
3 Print Speed Knob Adjust the speed of printing travelling speed from 1 to 10.
4 Start/Stop Button Press to start or stop printing process.
5 Operation Mode Button Press to select a printing mode between Manual, Semi-auto, Auto.
6 Print Stop Mode Button Printing Head stops at left or right after complete printing once.
7 Print & couer switch button Switch Print ink knifes up/down.
8 Twice printing button The unit printing twice at each material.
9 Printing counts LED Display the printing cumulative number.
10 Timer reset button Reset the printing cumulative number.
11 Fan ON/OFF button Press to start or stop Vacuum fan.
12 Vac-Sorb mode button Select the vacuum table kit running mode for Continuous or Auto.
13 Timer setting button Set a time for printing suspend time after printing once.
14 Head up/down Press to operate the printing head up/down.

6.Screen Frame Installation

6-1). Press (1) Main Switch to turn on the power.
6-2). Press (14) to raise the printing head at upper position.
6-3). Put the screen frame into the Screen Holder.
6-4). Secure the fame on the correct position, then lock the clamp(4).

Initial start-up of the screen printing machine should only be carried out by an
authorized service engineer or by an approved technician from official
dealer/agent.

7-1) Knife install：Put the print Knife and couer knife on the holder, then locked it up by tighten (4).
7-2) Pressure adjusting knob(1)：Use this knob to adjust the printing pressure of the knife.
7-3) Knife angle adjusting (3)：To adjust this nut to make the knife at the correct angle which printing
need.
7-4) Balancing controller(6)：To adjust this knob to make sure that the knife and the printing table at the
same level.

8. Adjustment of the printing stroke

8-1 ） The Printing Stroke is depend on your printing size(the printing size cannot big than the max
printing size of the machine)
8-2）There are two electronic approach switch on the linear guide of the print head ，you can move this
2 switch to make the stop of the left & right move of the print head.
8-3）Please make sure that the Print head cannot meet the Clamp for the frame.

Manual mode
Setup machine in “Manual mode”and manual screen before switching to
CAUTION “Semi-automatic” or “Automatic” for printing.

9. Printing fixed position

9-1）Can use 3 points localization principle.
9-2）In order to make the Powerful vacuum inspiration，please use the Scotch tape to cover the air
suction holes outside of the Printing area.

10. Attention
10-1）read this manual carefully before use
10-2）Notes when move this machine：
The weight of this machine is more than 300kg，so please use the Forklift truck
You can use the 4 Wheels to move the machine to the desired place, but please let the wheels away
the ground after you finished.

Do not open the rear cabinet door when the machine is operating.

11.Maintenance
■ Maintaining of this machine covered many aspects of management. Hereby we only point out the
basic requirements that can keep the machine work normally, others requirements such as machine’s
interior and appearance, environment condition and sanitation of workplace, should be standardized by
user’s disciplines and guidance.
■ Either starting or operating the machine, you should check if there are any abnormal action or sounds.
Please fix it immediately if there is, If it not caused by mechanical failures, or only caused by bad
lubrication, you should check if need to apply lubrication to all movement parts.
Please clean the machine’s appearance after complete work.
■ At the end of every month, should check all movement joint and check if need to add lubrication.
■ Normally, the machine should be thoroughly maintained every half year, Please handle it in time if
there is any riot, abrasion, or lubrication concretion phenomenon.

■ After the machine used for one year, it should be checked completely, there, the mechanical part
should be checked to see if there are any abrasion or lubrication concreting phenomenon. If there are,
please handle it immediately. Meanwhile, please check all air tubes and switches and replace all
damaged.
