Textile
Umay Group entered the market by taking important steps in the textile
industry in 2014. With the experience it has gained in this sector, our
company has made its name among the leading companies producing in
the textile sector in Turkey. We currently work with many global brands.
Brands such as the Spanish giant Inditex Group (Zara, Pull&Bear,
Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterqüe)
and the German clothing brand 7 Days Job Wear are among the
leading brands in the sector that we have worked with before and
continue to work with. .

Medical Textile
Another sector in which we, as Umay Group, have achieved various

successes is the medical textile sector. During the Covid-19 Pandemic
period, which was a global crisis in 2019, as Umay Group, we turned
the crisis into an opportunity and started producing medical textiles in
the same year. We solved the raw material problem in our country by
importing the necessary materials from Uzbekistan and China. We
processed the imported raw materials in our factories and exported
them to 17 different countries, especially Germany, Italy and Canada.

Our successes are not limited to these.

We gained 1/3 superiority in the
medical textile market in Italy in 2019-
2020-2021. There is a short section
of the production process of our
medical textile products prepared for
UK export, which is of great
importance among our exports. We
continue to work to add new ones to
our undeniable achievements.
Another area we work on as Umay Group is the production of military
uniforms. Our production of military clothing has attracted attention in
local and global markets with its superior quality and compliance with
international standards. We are proud to have a wide trade network
in the sector.

Food Sector
Another area in which we, as Umay

Gorup, have been working is the food
sector. Our products, which are
produced in local factories in Ankara,
contain 100% natural content and
are marketed in accordance with
European standards. We also took
our place in the food industry by
exporting our fruit juice brand, which
we call Doğaldan, to Belgium and the
Netherlands.
Our Logistics Network
As Umay Group, we always see customer satisfaction as our priority. As important as the quality of
our products, our sensitivity to deliver them to our customers safely and on time is equally important.
Therefore, we decided to provide the highest level of service to our customers by creating our own
unique logistics network. We aim for excellence at every step from the supply chain of our products
to storage and distribution. By creating our own logistics network, we take greater control of
processes and offer faster and more reliable service to our customers.

regarding the implementation of the
Center de Réseaux des Filières de Growth
(CRFC) in Cameroon. Within the scope of
this project, as Umay Group, we wrote a
project about the baby diaper factory that
will be established on an area of 50,000
square meters allocated to us in
Cameroon.
The factory drawings we prepared with the engineers and
architects we worked with within the scope of the project are Cameroon Baby Diaper Factory
presented below. The figure you see on the side is the Autocad Drawing Plans
plan drawn for our factory. According to this plan, there are 2
logistics entrances and 2 exits in our factory. There are offices in
the sections you see on the left lane of the factory. In the rest of
the drawing you can see the locations of the two production lines.
The part below where the machines are located will serve as a
warehouse. There are quality control laboratories under this
department.
Our Cameroon Baby Diaper Factory project is designed to
have the capacity to produce 2 different models of baby Hanwei Brand I Shape Machinery, which we
diapers. Our lines, which will produce TShape and I Shape, agreed to use in the project
will produce 800 diapers per minute, and our operating
arrangements for factory operation are stated below.
The operating period of the production line is calculated

as 1 year.
The daily operating time of the production line will operate
for 12 hours.
The monthly operating period of the production line is
calculated as 26 working days.

According to the feasibility report we obtained as a result of the research conducted for the Cameroon Baby Diaper
Factory project, the amortization period of this project was calculated as 1.5 years. You can review the feasibility report (1
