Precautions before installation


Sine wave controller matching requirements are
relatively high, please correspond to the motor
adjustment parameters! Read the book four or five
times, see clearly, and then do it, must be wired
according to the instructions!

Notes for connecting to your computer


1) Download the driver before commissioning and install it. The driver is compatible with 32-bit

and 6 4-bit systems within windows 8


command. Tested:Windows 10 works fine;
2) When connecting to the computer, first plug the cable USB port into the
computer USB port, and then plug the cable adapter connector, the other end of the
adapter connected controller S1. Be careful not to plug in, unplug the S1 connector
after the parameter adjustment, and then unplug the USB port. When you try,
unplug the data line. Do not hang the data cable directly on the control. The connector can
be attached to the car and should be covered.

1) Install the cable driver first, and you'll be prompted if the installation is successful after the

6) Click the Connect button on the left side of the COM port.

up.
9) Unplug the cable at the end of the controller, and then unplug the cable on your computer's USB
plug in reverse order.
10) Do not insert the data cable into the controller and ride with the cable.

Notes on blue teeth commissioning


Lingbo control can be mobile phone debugging, need to buy a separate Bluetooth
device. The Bluetooth software version is LBMC M V3.2.4. This version has been
implemented in the first and second generation of universal, the software installation
will be Bluetooth decompression software, and then install APKon thephone, through
Lingbo control 3 turn on Bluetooth. And the first time you connect to Bluetooth, the
software will jump out of the pairing password interface! You don't need to enter a password at
this point, just wait a little to complete the pairing and connect automatically;

The meaning of the

First, motor parameters:
1, HALL type: refers to The installation angle of Hall, the general motor is
120degrees and 60degrees , again at
120degrees
Most of our commonly used motors on the market are
120degrees;
2. Phase shift: Phase shift refers to the offset angle of Hall relative to
the rotor inside the motor. Also known as the motor bias angle,
most of the more standard motors generally value -60,-120, very few
motors exist 60 or 120.
3, pole-to-peer: pole-to-peer refers to the motor magnetic steel pair.
Knowing the pole-to-peer, you know how many pieces of
magnetic steel the motor has;
4, rated speed: rated speed represents the actual speed of the motor.
Please fill in the speed must be in accordance with the actual
speed to fill in, the actual speed error within 100 is no problem;
There will be a sound of the motor thumping when the loose turn
is pulled again during driving;

The above parameters are basically fixed parameters and are only used for
controller identification motor use. Does not affect the actual riding physical
examination, for example, some friends said. I set the speed to a low
point. The torque is increased. Speed set a high point, run fast; This
statement is wrong. All parameters of the motor parameter bar are only
used for motor matching, and the more accurate the parameters, the
better the match! That's all;
Second, voltage parameters:
1, battery voltage: battery voltage for the battery voltage
specifications, not the actual voltage meter display voltage, all
controller voltage specifications are implemented downward
compatibility, but it is important to note that changing the battery
voltage must pass through the voltage next to the drop-down menu

voltage under this voltage. will automatically exit overpressure
protection and resume normal work;
4, minimum operating voltage: This means that the controller must be
higher than this minimum operating voltage in the process of
normal operation. For example, a controller with a 72V sets a
minimum operating voltage of 50V. If the pool voltage is below
50V,the controller will enter low voltage protection and theLED
light will flash 1 under. If the input voltage is less than 30V,the
controller will not work, that is, many friends say the controller
does not light up, can not see the fault status!
5, battery undervoltage voltage: value battery voltage is lower than a
certain value after entering undervoltage protection, to protect
the battery from excessive discharge and damage;
6, battery undervoltage return: This difference refers to how much
V after the voltage picks up to resume normal operation,
generally default to 2 V; Because I've seen friends set the
undervoltage return to 65V
7, battery soft undervoltage protection voltage: refers to when the
voltage has been falling during acceleration, the voltage reaches
the soft undervoltage value will no longer raise the current, to
ensure that the vehicle will not directly enter the undervoltage
value and protect;
Third, the current parameter setting:
1, the motor start phase current: indicates that the controller checks
the current that is directly output to the motor when there is a
turn signal input, this current is the phase current converted by the
controller, not a bus cell current that many friends understand;

turn the stationary voltage at 0.8V-1.1V, if the fault controller

unnecessary accidents!
5, the maximum effective value and the minimum effective value:
represents the controller used by the transfer voltage interval,
the default is 1.2V-3.2V,some friends want to transfer the trip
a littlelonger, you can turn the minimum effective value to
1.0V,the maximum effective valueto 3.8V To increase the
effective range of the transfer, provided that the static voltage

work properly!

recommended to adjust, so as not to cause unnecessary failure! Turn the
parameters as far as possible to keep the default!
Six, speed parameter settings:
1. Acceleration: The larger the acceleration value, the shorter the
time it takes to move from 0 to the maximum phase current,
and the faster the acceleration The smaller the acceleration
value, the reverse;
2, deceleration: the reduction of speed parameters and
acceleration is the same rationale, the greater the value, When
the release of the turn, the lower the current, the faster the
reduction parameters generally maintain the default 600 can
be, without adjustment!
Seven, EBS function settings:
EBS, also known as electronic braking, turns on this function as
long as the power is switched off and closed,EBS starts to

the current that actually reaches the battery.) )
3, EBS automatic mode: automatic EBS does not need to connect

4, EBS automatic mode speed: this speed is motor speed, when the speed
of the motor is higher than the set speed EBS automatic mode can
work properly, when the speed is below the set value

Thirteen,boost function settings: Lingbo controller boost function is only
used for accelerated use, need to cooperate with the transfer,

button;boost is divided into manual and automatic modes; automatic
mode does not require wiring and automatically enters boost when the
controller recognizes that the vehicle is overloaded or accelerates
rapidly;
1, boost current:boost current refers to bus current, by increasing
bus current to improve speed performance, where the boost
current is the maximum to increase the current limit. Not on
the basis of the original finite flow (e.g. 72252 current limit
