What we understand as our environment keeps changing. We have only

Healthy Vegetable Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
• Gram flour
• Turmeric
• Chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli
• Salt
• Oil
• Water

Method:
1. Mix four tablespoons of gram flour, some salt, and half a teaspoon of
turmeric in a bowl.
2. Add 100 ml water and make a smooth batter.
3. Take one small onion, one small tomato, a green chilli, and chop them finely
into small pieces.
4. Add the chopped vegetables to the batter and mix.
5. Heat a pan and grease it with oil.
6. Pour some batter into the pan.
7. Cook until the pancake is golden brown on both sides. Looks crispy, right?
8. Serve it with a sauce made of coriander and tomatoes.
Enjoy the healthy meal!
