III. GROUP GUIDELINES
• Choose one leader for the group. Inform the instructor on who the leader is.
• For the Leader: evaluate each of your members after the presentation based on
their cooperation and contribution to the group. No need to evaluate yourself.
Observe fairness in evaluating. The rubric for grading is as follows:
1
0 1 2 3 4 5
Grade Below Very
Poor Unsatisfactory Average Excellent
Average Good
(Name of
member 1)
(Name of
Member 2)
• Send the member’s evaluation to the instructor after the reporting.
• The instructor will evaluate the leader based on how their group performed overall,
as well as the leader’s members based on how they performed in the instructor’s
view.
• Not everyone in the group has to report, but if all of the members want to report
then that is no problem. Just make sure for those who will not be able to report to
have a different kind of contribution for their group.
• However, all group members should be present during the day of their reporting
unless there is a valid excuse not to.
IV. POWERPOINT GUIDELINES
• Before the beginning of the group’s report, send the PowerPoint presentation to
your respective class group chats.
• Filename of the ppt: ME 30 (Section)_GROUP 0X
Example: ME 30 701P_GROUP 01
• DO NOT just copy and paste the PowerPoint presentations of previous classes and
other people.
V. REPORTING GUIDELINES

outline)
• Arrive in class on time. The group will be given 10 minutes to prepare before the

their presentation.
• Multiple groups will present per class session. (Subject to change)
