Lab Tasks

Lab Task 1:
Basic Formatting
Objective: Learn to format text using different font styles, sizes, and colors.
Steps:
1. Format the title:
o Highlight the sentence "This is my first Microsoft Word document."
o Change the font to Arial, the size to 18, and the color to blue.
2. Make text bold and italic:
o Highlight the word "first" in the sentence.
o Use the Bold (B) and Italic (I) options in the toolbar.
3. Center-align the text:
o Highlight the sentence and click on the Center-align button in the toolbar.
4. Save the changes and close the document.

Lab Task 2:
Inserting Bulleted and Numbered Lists
Objective: Learn how to create lists using bullets and numbers.
Steps:
1. Open a new document in Microsoft Word.
2. Create a bulleted list:
o Type the following items:
 Apples
 Bananas
 Oranges
o Highlight the text and click on the Bullets button in the toolbar.
3. Create a numbered list:
o Type the following steps:
 Open Microsoft Word.
 Create a new document.
 Save the document.
o Highlight the text and click on the Numbering button in the toolbar.
4. Save the document with the name "List Document."

Lab Task 3:
 paragraph of text and then apply both a left indent and a right indent to it.
 After that, create a second paragraph and apply a hanging indent

Lab Task 4:
Simple Table Creation
 Objective: Create a basic 3x3 table and format it.
 Instructions:
1. Create a new table with 3 columns and 3 rows.
2. In the first row, type headers for each column: Name, Age, and City.
3. In the next two rows, fill in the information with any data.
