EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Bun on the run is a shredded chicken burger where it is an innovation of the shredded chicken with rice
that is known to the students and people who are searching for a budget friendly meal. Shredded chicken
with rice was previously known on the social media platform called TikTok. With this idea, there are
many people who are trying and copying the product for their own business. With that, we arrived at the
idea of having a twist to the product, which we concluded that it can be sold in a form similar to burgers.

Our business is to target the market who are in the rush for foods or snacks. And then having the freedom
to choose what they want to have on their buns. This product aims to be more convenient snacks and a
budget friendly to those people who are not well-off, however, giving them a quality and satisfaction. This
product also may be a source of protein and carbs that are needed daily.

Promoting the business through social media platforms, and through word of mouth marketing with the
help of the customers who purchased the product. Sharing the products’ benefits and the things that are
unique that the consumer may find intriguing. The proposed business also may offer a combo meal which

Our main competitive advantage is that no one has ever done the product around Naga City. Although we
have competitors in the burger industry, we tend to have the advantage of a unique way in the filling of
our burger. Other businesses offer a burger that are beef or pork based, however, the bun on the run uses a
shredded chicken breast on our burger which may have the customer to be more intrigued and hooked to
the product.

VISION
We envision our business to be known in the food industry and be able to gain profit at the same time be
able to serve our customers with what they deserve according to what they pay. The business aims to have
an efficient way of snacking for the students and citizens where they will experience a new type of
delicacy. Consumers may have the right to choose and suggest what they want to be served for them to

LEGAL FORM OF BUSINESS

Bun on the run is a partnership form of business with two partners. We choose this form of business
because of its benefit and at the same time the risk that we might share in case that the business may take
a turn that we do not want to. One of the benefits that we may have is in terms of the planning and goal of
the business, we can brainstorm in a more comfortable and effective way. By allowing one’s ideas and
listening to the other, either combining the said idea or choosing what’s the best idea to be implied in the
business. Secondly, the business may have a smooth run during the time that it is still beginning in the
industry, with the two people handling it, we may easily find faults and solutions that have to be done
when needed. Finally, dividing the capital, profit, loss, and the work for the business is more efficient and
may have the two partners to equally have the rights on it. On the other hand, the risk that this partnership
of business may have is also within the decision making, there are opinions that may collide with the
other that may be both the best for the business, and won’t be able to make the decision easily and may
lead to some misunderstanding. Second risk that may have the partnership is through workload. The other
partner may choose the easier task, or sometimes, if the person is a procrastinator, they may tend to do
their work rushed and may result in an unsatisfactory result. Lastly, there is a tendency to have corruption,
though it is not noticeable at first, in the long run, it may damage the business’ operations. The trust in
your partner is the other thing that will be affected. You can not do business with the person who breaks
your business policy and ethics.

IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation of the business, if possible; will be in August 2024. This implementation will be
possible through online and onsite location. This will also be needing a manpower of 5 people who are in
charge in promotion or advertising, managing, cooking, preparation, and the crew. The goal will be to
have a profit of 20% to 50% from the startup capital within the span of 1 year. And also to have additional
menu in the long run based on the customer preferences and suggestion, having customers who will
patronage our products. There will also be a supplier that will supply from raw materials, apparatus, and
the needs of the products’ packaging and stickers of the logos. A monthly report of our financial status
and operation of the business will be needed for the partners to know the needed improvements whether
in manpower or the operation and the product itself. Monitoring the wellbeing of people that are involved
in the internal and external process of the business is a must, for the business to have a more at ease
process, whether it is physically, emotionally, and financially if the people and the business.
