How do you handle stress?

➢ In my case, I try to not look at the negative things about stress, instead I look at the beauty
in it. Stress means I have work; work means money and money means food for me. It
motivates me to surpass stress. Furthermore, stress could be an opportunity for me. An
opportunity to learn and develop myself further. An opportunity to prove myself to people.
Stress is part of our day-to-day life. Even students like me are stressed with a lot of things.
So rather than choosing to be negative about it, I will continue to see everything in it
positively.

Why should we hire you?

➢ I may not have the BPO experience, but you can bank on my attitude and perseverance. In
all my years of studying, I have struggled but I have struggled successfully for I have taken
home a few rewards. This is the kind of personality I have. When I do something, I always
see to it that I give more than my 100%. I have this winning attitude which I want to bring
along with me once I get hired in your company. I am more than willing to struggle while
learning, and in the end take home the best rewards and reach my quota.

What is customer service for you?

➢ Customer service is all about helping people. If you do not have the desire to help other
people, this job would be challenging for you as customers tend to call to ask for help.
Customer service is being able to go beyond what customers are expecting from you. It is
all about going the extra mile in order to satisfy and achieve the customer's demands and
requests. Customer service requires an understanding attitude which is something natural
for people who want to lend a hand.

How do you handle irate customers?

➢ Irate customers can be anyone. It can be me or it can be you. When we don't get the things
we like, some of us tend to be so mad. In this case, understanding and listening is the key.
We should let the customers vent out and while they do, we have to listen actively. We
cannot take the things they said personally because as humans, when we are mad we also
say things that we don't mean I think they are just trying to be human and there is nothing
wrong with that. Trying to understand them by empathizing with them would be helpful.
In this way, we will be able to find the most suitable solutions for them.

What are your expectations from the company?

➢ I am expecting that the company would offer an environment where I could grow
professionally. I haven’t had any experience working but I am more than eager to start and
learn. I am expecting an environment that is friendly and willing to help. And in the future,
after I have made some friends and have mastered the craft of customer service, I am
hoping to be given a chance to get promoted and help future employees especially young
aspirants like me to grow.

How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

➢ I see myself as someone who leads his own team. I aim to help people so much. I want to
be able to make them feel that they can count on me. I see myself contributing all of my
knowledge to the progress of the company. Personally, I see myself as a driven, passionate
and hopeful individual who wants to continue learning and achieving.

What are your strengths and weakness?

➢ Strengths, I think I am quite passionate with what I do. I am curious and this curiosity will
make me want to learn more. I am driven. I am young and I won't let my youth be wasted.
I want to be someone.
➢ Weakness, (‘wag kang magssbi ng negative talaga,.dapat positive pa rin!) I am quite
perfectionist, when I start something, I want to be able to meet my goals. I feel bad when I
can do something perfectly. I want to give my best in every task I do.
