EMCEE SCRIPT

JUDITH: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Graduation, Completion, and Moving Up Ceremony of
PATONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
And now, let us all welcome, the Candidates for Graduation and Completion, with their parents. (READ EACH
OF THE NUMBER OF THE LEARNERS)
Let us also welcome, ________________________, ______________________,

JUDITH : May I request everyone to please stand for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be
conducted by MRS. RITCHELEN CAYETANO and to be followed by a prayer to be led by MR. CLEGY
GRESONES.
JUDITH: You may now take your seats.
To formally welcome us all in this ceremony, may I call on stage MR. DARREN C. HONRADO, a
kindergarten and grade 1 adviser to give his OPENING REMARKS. A round of applause please.

Thank you so much, Sir Darren for that warm and welcoming message.

And now the most significant moment in this graduation ceremony has come. May I call on Sir Michael S.
Comendador, our School Head for the presentation of candidates for graduation and completion. This is
to be followed by the acceptance and confirmation by our District Representative MR. ALBERT C.
NATIVIDAD. A round of applause please.

After the presentation and confirmation of candidates for graduation.


At this moment, We are about to hear a special message from our District Representative. Let us all welcome
Mr. Alber . Natividad. A warm round of applause.
Serg: Today marks another milestone in our graduates ‘and completers ’academic journey. At this juncture,
the graduates will receive their certificates of completion/graduation.
Zen: With this, may we invite Sir ____________ topresent the diplomas andtobe assisted by
__________________. Presentation of Awards to Outstanding Completers/Graduates
Zen: And now, we are also gathered to pay recognitions to the ones who have done very well and have been
perseverant in their studies. May we request once more our _____________ to give the award to the

Serg: We will now move forward to the distribution of awards and certificates to theGrades 7, 8, 9 and
11learners.

have proven that excellence is never impossible with hardwork and determination. This time around, we

who pay homage to their parents for all the sacrifices and love shown to them. Let’s give them a round of

the closing message from our very own school head, Ma’am Shiona B. Cabonilas. A big hand, please.
