1. DESCRIPTION:
In clean room areas, any personnel passing through an unclassified area to a classified area is required to
pass through series of rooms. In each room certain steps need to be followed. This procedure ensures that the
person is not carrying any external contamination in to the process area and also the pressure in each room is
maintained before opening of door.
Door Inter Locking System achieves in prevention of process area contamination by
Preventing simultaneous access of doors/Rooms.
Ensures that when one door for a room is OPEN then all other doors in that particular room are closed.
Programmable delay between each door openings to maintain required pressure.
In Emergency an override key is available on a push button module for opening the door.

PROGRAMMING
NOTE: 1) The default value of the auto close timer is 4sec.
2) By default, all the doors will be in normally closed (normally locked) position.
3) By default, no door will be configured to any other door for interlocking.
4) By default, the delay timers of all doors are 000sec.
PROGRAM MODE:
i). Press “PRG” key to enter into the PROGRAM MODE.
ii). The following menu is displayed.
Using “▲”and “►” keys the programmer can set the auto close time delay i.e the time between the door release
and energising the lock as required.
Use “OK” key to go to next menu.
Using “▲” key the programmer can configure the doors as normally open or normally close.
Y :-Normally Close.
N:- Normally Open.
Use “►” key to move to the next location (EM LOCK).
Y :- Electro magnetic lock.
Use “OK” key to go to next menu.
NOTE:
Mode Description:
*Locking device is Electro magnetic lock or Electric striker.
Normally locked:
In this mode, initially all doors in locked condition. Door access by using push button. Message
indication provided on the push button station indicates whether person can access the door or not.
Go = GO indicates that person can access the door.
Wait = WAIT indicates that person cannot access the door.
If emergency button pressed, all doors (emergency configured doors) will be unlocked up to 8 sec &
indication on push button will be toggle indicates emergency.

Using “▲”and “►” keys the programmer can configure the doors (1-8) for emergency.
0 – Emergency inactive.
1 – Emergency active.
Use “OK” key to go to next menu.
GO, WAIT message toggle indicates that emergency or fire situation, in this situation both doors in un locked
condition up to 8 sec.
Door 1 Configuration:
