Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated MERN Stack


Developer to join our dynamic team. As a fresher, you design and
develop full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js,
React.js, and Node.js. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates
looking to kickstart their career in web development with hands-on
training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using


MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Collaborate with the development team to design scalable and
efficient web solutions.
Write clean, modular, and reusable code, adhering to best
practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and collaborative
sessions to improve your skills.
Assist in deploying applications on cloud services like AWS or
Heroku.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ES6+ syntax.


Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Understanding of React.js (components, state, props, hooks) and
basic UI/UX principles.
Knowledge of Node.js and basic API development using
Express.js.
Basic understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay updated with
industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,


or a related field.
Previous internships or personal projects using the MERN stack
will be a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
