    All communications shall be addressed to the Deputy Chief Engineer, Kerala State Electricity Board
    Limited, Electrical Circle, Vydyuthi Bhavanam, Pooppani Road, Perumbavoor – 683 542 only.

    The bid documents and other details may be down loaded from the website
    www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. The EMD of Rs. 42,300/- and non-refundable bid submission fee of Rs.7552/-
    (including GST) shall be remitted online through State Bank of MOP System. No other Mode of payment will
    be allowed. Bidder should ensure that bid submission fees and EMD are remitted as one single
    transaction and not separate. Separate or split remittance for bid submission fee and EMD shall be treated as
    invalid transactions. MSME Suppliers with Udyog Aadhar Registration are exempted from payment of
    tender fee and EMD

    All Bid documents are to be submitted online and in the designated covers/envelops on the above
    website. Bid shall be accepted only through online mode in the website and no manual submission shall be
    entertained.
    The scanned copies of all agreements executed in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs.200/- in each and all
    certificates /documents mentioned elsewhere in the bid document are to be attached along with the bid through
    online. Originals of all Agreements in stamp paper, enclosed in a sealed envelope indicating E-Tender No.
    01/E-Tender/DCE/PBVR /2022-23 Dtd 29.09.2022 shall be submitted to the Deputy Chief Engineer, Electrical
    Circle, Perumbavoor before the opening date. All bidders participating in the tender should have a valid Digital
    Signature Certificate availed from an approved Certifying Authority. More details about the e-tendering
    procedure will be available from Kerala State IT Mission, Kochi on all working days from 10.00 am to 5.00pm.
