Informal Letter to Grandparents Describing an Event in School

[City, State, PIN Code]
[Date]
Dear Grandma and Grandpa,
I hope you both are well. I wanted to share some exciting news about a recent event
at my school.
Last week, we had our Annual School Science Fair, and it was amazing! I teamed up
with my friend Rahul to create a project on renewable energy. We built a small wind
turbine that could generate electricity. It was fun and we learned a lot about how
wind energy can help the environment.
On the day of the fair, we presented our project to judges and explained how it
worked. Guess what? We won second place! We received a certificate and a small
trophy. It felt great .
I wish you both could come to see it. I'll show you the pictures when you visit next.
Take care and see you soon.
Love,
