5) Personal items must be placed aside prior to the start of the exam.
6) All portable electronic devices must be turned off, including cell phones, pagers, etc.
7) On the scantron sheet, please ensure you use ONLY PENCIL and capital letters to put your first
name, last name, CCID and student ID# into each rectangular box. In the section where it says
“bubble in your CCID below,” you must also rewrite your CCID in the vertical blocks (located on
the left side of the scantron) begin in the top box and print only one letter or number per box,
then in the row that extends beside each box, blacken the circle containing the same letter and/or
number as the box. If your CCID is less than 8 letters long, then fill out your CCID in the vertical
blocks from the top, and leave the boxes you do not need blank.
8) Put all answers on the scantron by shading the letter A, B, C, D, or E corresponding to your chosen
answer. Make sure your answers are clearly marked by pencil. Otherwise, no marks will be given.
9) No credit will be given for anything written in the examination booklet. If you change an answer
on the scantron, be sure that you erase your first mark completely; then blacken the circle of the
answer choice you prefer. Your score will be based on the number of questions you answer
correctly. No credit will be given for omitted answers; no credit will be lost for wrong answers.
10) You must mark all your answers on the answer sheet during the allotted time. No additional time
