HOME WORKOUT GUIDE

Hey, so great to see you here!

Home workouts are my life saviour. They not only helped me lose weight but did wonders
for my mental health too. Hope you have the same experience!

Remember:

If it makes you sore and tired then it’s working for you so don’t give up!

A few NOT-SO-FUN FACTS that you need to know before you start:

Considering 1 hour of working out burns approx 400-600 calories, this is how much time it takes
to just burn the calories of some of your fav junk food items:

● Cheeseburger: 1 hour of exercise


● Pizza: 3-4 hours of exercise for a whole pizza, or about 1 hour for 2 slices
● A plate of Pasta: 1-2 hours of exercise
● A plate of Chole Bhature: 1-2 hours of exercise
● One pack of Maggi: more than 1 hour of exercise
● A slice of cake: 1-1.5 hours of exercise
● Pack of medium fries: 1-1.5 hours of exercise

DON’T WORK-OUT HARD BUT EAT SMARTER

Trust me you must be hating me right now for this but you’ll thank me later once you get
into working out and leave junk + sugar for good!

And some weight loss tips to get you started:


- Drink 2-3 litres of water every day
- Try intermittent fasting if you can (12-14 hours)
- Sleep 7-8 hours daily
- Walk 7-10k steps everyday
- If you’re craving anything badly first try drinking water because a lot of times we
confuse thirst with hunger. If the craving is uncontrollable then don’t stop yourself
just have some of it and try to control the portion size
- Make a routine for yourself for example. wake up 2-3 hours before your college/job
and take 30-40 minutes to work out. Follow this every day and you’ll develop the
habit in no time
- Try having homemade food and limit cheat meals to once a week initially when
you’re trying to lose weight
- Have protein-rich meals
- Walk for 10-15 minutes after each meal
