NOTE:
1. All dimension are in mm.
2. All bracket /support arrangement shall be of G.I.
3. The longitudinal gap between the cable supports shall be as per IS 1255.
4. Cable support bracket (for traction, signaling, PSG & telecom cables in main line including station area) is to be
supplied and installed by traction & power supply contractor.
5. There may be two 33kv cable circuits on each side of the viaduct - Refer cable routing plan.
6. Traction contractor shall interface with civil viaduct contractor for hold fast requirement & bracket installation.
7. The traction & power supply contractor shall ensure before drilling that no reinforcement exists at the location
(by using profometer or similar instrument).
8. # - Bracket arm length details/design shall be provided and confirmed by signaling, PSG & telecom contractor.
Traction contractor shall interface with signaling, PSG and telecom contractor for finalization of bracket design
for supply and installation. Signaling, PSG & telecom cables laying, clamping shall not be in traction
contractor's scope.
9. Traction contractor shall ensure the bracket installation is within the limit of approved SOD.
CONCOURSE 10. All traction cables shall be clamped with non-metallic (nylon) clamp at every bracket.
LEVEL 11. The spacing between the two G.I. bracket shall be minimum 1000mm everywhere or as per engineers approval.
12. Traction contractor shall interface with concerned civil/station contractor for sleeves, cables entry/exit cutout
(for ASS/TSS room) requirement for all traction cables.
13. The DC cable shall come from station ASS/TSS room to platform through track bed. The traction & power supply
contractor has to interface with viaduct contractor during casting of station U-Girder for provision of holes.
14. Traction & power supply contractor has to supplied the brackets/ support arrangement on main line viaduct.
