In-House, Full-Time Training:
This in-house program offers a structured learning environment
with experienced trainers. Full-time, immersive sessions ensure
strong concept grasp through hands-on experience, real-time
projects, and dedicated mentor support, simulating real-world
scenarios.
Class Schedule & Timing
Days: Monday to Friday (mandatory attendance).
Attendance Requirement: Minimum 75% attendance is
mandatory. Timing: As per the daily schedule.

Learning Management System (LMS)
Platform: Zoom for live and recorded sessions. Additional Support:
Weekend mentoring sessions for doubt clearing.
Assessments & Projects
Assignments & Projects: Minor/Dummy projects to be completed within 3 months. Live and
real-time projects begin from the 3rd month. Assessment Criteria: Projects & Assignments: 60%
weightage. Tests & Assessments: 40% weightage (minimum passing requirement).

Stipend & Work Opportunities
Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, based on performance. Work
Opportunities: Eligible candidates meeting criteria will be absorbed into in-
house roles, company projects, or client locations. Salary for confirmed roles:
₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA.
Job assistance will be provided if necessary.
