    Work Order B133 Disc Brake Check

    Dealer Date

    Let the following work complete before a time limit.


    Time limit 31 minutes

    Check only Right / Left side of the front brake

    1. Hoist the vehicle.


    2. Remove front brake caliper and front brake pads. (Not to disconnect the flexible hose from brake caliper).
    3. Inspect following items then choose “Good” or “Bad".
    Item Judgment
    Brake piping and hoses Good / Bad
    Slide pin and slide pin boot Good / Bad
    4. Measure following items then fill the list.

    Sample: Steering column length 483 mm

    Front brake disc thickness
    5. Fill in the list according to Service Manual. (Show your examiner each applicable page on Service Manual)

    6. Judge the following items then choose “Good” or “Bad”.

    7. Ask the repair points to the examiner.
    8. Install all parts which you removed.
    -Parts which were removed from a beginning are not needed to install.
    -Tighten all bolts and nuts with specified torque.
    9. Clear up the stall.
    -Hoist arms are back to the original position.
    -Clear up tools.
    Declare that all work is completed to the examiner. This “Work order” is collected by the examiner.
