The computerized inventory system for The Generics Pharmacy in real, Calamba City was made in Visual Basic 6 for the scripting language and Microsoft Access 2003 for database. It is standalone software that helps the users to easily determine the stock of each product and providing printable reports of delivery and sales. The administrator can access all forms while the users are restricted to delivery form, reports form and accounts form.

Software Description The Computerized Inventory System for The Generics Pharmacy in Real, Calamba City was made

in Visual Basic 6 for the scripting language and Microsoft Access 2003 for database. It is standalone software that helps the users to easily determine the stock of each product and providing printable reports of delivery and sales. The administrator can access all forms while the users are restricted to delivery form, reports form and accounts form.

Visual Basic 6 Installation

1. Click setup.

System Requirements *Hardware/Software Requirements Pentium 3 or Higher Processor 1 Giga Bytes random access memory (RAM) or higher 200 Giga Bytes Hard disk or higher 32 bit operating system VGA or higher-resolution screen supported by Microsoft Windows. Windows XP, Windows 2000 up to latest version operating system Microsoft Access 2003 Visual Basic 6.0 A CD-ROM disc drive.

2. This form appear then click next.

4. Choose common install folder.

3. Click the radio button of I accept the agreement. Click Next

5. Click custom radio button.

6. Enter your name and company name (optional).

8. This form will appear. Wait to load

7. Click continue.

9. Click Ok.

10. Click select all then continue 12. Restart Windows.

11. Click ok.

How to open the system 1. Click start and open the folder of Microsoft Visual basic 6.0. 3. Click File then open project.

2. Visual Basic 6.0 compiler.

4. Locate the folder location then click tgp.

5. After you open the system in visual basic 6.0 compiler click start.

How to use system 1. In this form you can enter the item name in the textbox to search information. Click log-in button to access the system.

5. In sale transaction data entry user can enter the information of each product sold.

4. This is the item form where you can search, add, update and remove items.

6. The sale transaction can view by clicking browse button in sale transaction form.

7. In delivery transaction data entry user can enter the information of product being delivered.

9. In accounts the user can change his password.

8. The delivery transaction can view by clicking browse button in delivery transaction form.

10. In reports user can choose what report he need just select and click preview.
