ABSTRACT
R-TO-CSV (RESULT TO CSV) is a web-based application that gives the flexibility to
extract the results by automating the process using API requests to the main server. Here the
objective of this application is the reduce the workload of result fetching from the site.
Manually entering and extracting results is a very tidies and time-consuming task, by
considering this as a theme we designed this application which automatically extracts the data
and gives the results in the form of a CSV (comma-separated value) format which then can be
converted into excel for further process.

The existing system is a CLI (command line interface) application that takes the
registered numbers range and URL of the result page for extraction. the application has the
drawback of crashing if anything went wrong since there is no exception handling
mechanism is provided. The data is saved in excel in an unclear format which again takes
time to cleaning. Non-technical users can’t use this application since it’s a CLI application so
it requires a person who can manually run the program using the command in terminal/CMD.

We are proposing a GUI (graphical user interface) application that is more

user-friendly to handle such that non-technical members can utilize the service. since the
application is placed on the server it can be accessed from anywhere using the domain. An
exception-handling mechanism is implemented to make sure the application never cashes for
any reason. users can be validated and verified to ensure that no bots are using this
application using the authorization method.
