As a teacher, the reflection process is ongoing. My goal is to
continuously evolve in my practice, remain flexible, and keep
the needs of my students at the center of my teaching. While I
have made strides in some areas, I recognize that there is
always more to learn, and I am committed to refining my
approach to create an engaging, inclusive, and effective

This is my second Class observation.
As I reflect on my recent classes, I am reminded of the dynamic and
ever-evolving nature of education. Each class presents new challenges,
opportunities for growth, and moments of deep connection with my
students. One of the key aspects I've focused on is student engagement.
T
I have observed that when students are actively involved in the learning
process, they retain information better and demonstrate a greater
passion for the subject.
As I reflect on my teaching journey, I realize that education is
not merely about transferring knowledge but about fostering a
space where students feel empowered to explore, question,
and grow. Over the course of this academic year, I have had the
opportunity to refine my instructional methods, experiment
with new strategies, and build stronger connections with my
students

Reflecting on my teaching practice has been an insightful

process. While I am proud of the progress I’ve made, I recognize
that there is always room for improvement. My goals for the
future include continuing to refine my differentiation strategies,
integrating more culturally responsive teaching, and embracing
new technologies that enhance learning.
