COT Classroom Observation Tool

As I reflect on my recent classes, I am reminded of the dynamic and
ever-evolving nature of education. Each class presents new challenges,
opportunities for growth, and moments of deep connection with my
students. One of the key aspects I've focused on is student engagement.
I have observed that when students are actively involved in the learning
process, they retain information better and demonstrate a greater
passion for the subject.
