    Your Unique 14 digit Id

    2. Benefits :- i) Store your medical history online


    ii) 24x7 online access to your medical records (No need for physical records)
    iii) Share health records digitally with Doctor
    iv) No queues in hospital with scan & share facility
    v) Online receipt of lab reports, prescriptions & diagnosis.

    3. How to create ABHA ID:-


    i) Website portal
    Step 1: Visit the Official Website https://abha.abdm.gov.in/.
    Step 2: Click on "Create ABHA Number"
    Step 3: Choose Identification Method
     Using Aadhaar: (Faster process)
     Using Driving License: (Offline process, requires visiting the nearest healthcare facility)
     Using Mobile Number
    Step 4: Using Aadhaar (if chosen)
    1. Enter your Aadhaar number.
    2. Accept the consent terms and click "Submit".
    3. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number linked with
    Aadhaar.
    4. Enter the OTP to verify.

    Step 5: Fill Personal Information


    Once Aadhaar is verified, your basic information will be auto-filled.
    You can review and update the details if necessary.
    Step 6: Create ABHA Number
    After verification, your ABHA number (14 digits) will be generated.
    Step 7: Download ABHA Card
    You can now download your ABHA card for future use or note down your ABHA
    number for access to digital health services.

    ii) Mobile App.


    Step 1: Download the ABHA App
    Download the ABHA app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store
    Search for "ABHA (Health ID)" in the store.
    Install the official app.

    Step 2: Open the ABHA App


    After installation, open the app.
    Step 3: Click on "Create ABHA Number"
    On the homepage, tap the option labeled "Create ABHA Number".

    Step 4: Choose Identification Method

    Aadhaar (Preferred method)


    Driving License
    Mobile Number

    Step 5: Using Aadhaar (if chosen)

    1. If you choose Aadhaar, enter your Aadhaar number.


    2. Agree to the consent terms and tap on "Submit".
    3. You will receive an OTP on your Aadhaar-registered mobile number.
    4. Enter the OTP for verification.

    Step 6: Fill in Details

    After Aadhaar verification, your basic information will be pre-filled from Aadhaar data.
    You can review and edit if needed.

    Step 7: Create ABHA ID

    1. After successful verification, your ABHA ID (a 14-digit unique number) will be


    generated.
    2. You will see an option to download your ABHA card for future reference.

    Optional: Using Mobile Number (if chosen)

    1. If you opt to create ABHA using your Mobile Number, enter your number.
    2. You will receive an OTP on your mobile to verify.
    3. After OTP verification, fill in the required personal details.
    4. Your ABHA number will be generated.

    Step 8: Save or Download ABHA Card

    You can now download or save the ABHA card in the app for future use, giving you
    access to digital health records and services.
