I. 5. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Event Director: Oversees the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the
event. Ensures that all aspects of the event are managed effectively and align with the
event’s goals.

2. Programmer Coordination Department: Responsible for developing and organizing


the event's program, including coordinating speakers, performers, and other program
elements.

3. Venue Coordination Department: Manages all aspects of the event venue, such as
booking the location, arranging the layout, and liaising with venue staff to ensure all
necessary equipment and services are provided.

4. Equipment Coordination Department: Handles the setup and management of all


event equipment, including audio-visual equipment, staging, and other technical
requirements.

5. Promotion Coordinator: Develops and implements strategies for promoting the


event, including creating promotional materials, online marketing, and public
relations efforts.

6. Officials Coordinator: Manages the arrangements for officials and special guests,
including coordinating their arrival, organizing their itinerary, and ensuring their
comfort during the event.

7. Hospitality Coordinator: Takes care of guest and visitor needs, including managing
catering, ensuring guest comfort, and providing a positive experience throughout the
event.

8. Merchandising Coordinator: Manages the sale of event-related products or


merchandise, including handling inventory, setting up sales booths, and coordinating
with suppliers.
