Hello, we are E-Dove Technology.

We’re a team of technologists,

designers, educators who through science, technology, and music
help children become superstar and giants that rule their world.

But on this course, we will be talking about coding and animations

in which we help young children from aged 3+ learn the basics of
computer and also the basics of computer programming through
hands-on play, with or without a screen.

We believe that coding and animations for kids is a new kind of

literacy for the 21st century. We think that for girls and boys, all
over the world, learning to program will be as important as their
ABCs and 123s in helping them understand the world around
them.

We believe that introducing children to a world of algorithms,

bugs and queues also develops their problem-solving skills,
encourages collaboration and nurtures children’s creativity.

Like Maria Montessori, the Italian educationalist acclaimed for her

method that builds on the way children naturally learn, we think
that children learn best through play. We also know that they’re
motivated by challenges; and that at very young ages abstraction
(the ability to think about a solution to a problem without trying it
out first), is difficult.
Our aim is to help create a new global standard for coding
education that incorporates this and other approaches to the way
children learn best, both at home and in the classroom. We want
to help a new generation to realize their full creative potentials in
a world of rapidly increasing technological progress. This tutorial
is part of that mission.

On the most basic level, coding is how we communicate with

computers, and what we use to build and run websites, apps,
video games and more. Learning to code is like learning how to
speak and write in a particular language, a computer language.
Coding for kids refers to the collection of opportunities available
for children but also the creativity, problem solving, collaboration,
communication, and other skills ripe for improvement as
byproducts of kids learning to code.

Learning to code will increase your child’s odds of securing a

lucrative career, especially in a world where computing jobs are
growing at over twice the national average.

Coding has quickly become a vital skill, and also points out that
majors can earn more than the college average.

If you possess a hot skill that many of your peers lack-such as the
ability to code-you instantly appear more desirable in the eyes of
potential college admissions officers and employers. Plain and
simple.

Most of us don’t know the first thing about what makes our
smartphones, laptops, social media networks, and video games
run is coding. Basic programming knowledge can change the way
we interact with the technologies we use (and take for granted)
daily and can open our eyes to the infinite possibilities of coding.

Our Tech School has experience delivering lessons during the

school day, or in an after-school context at their “TechClubs”. In
addition, we deliver classes during school holidays in certain
venues.

As part of E-Dove Technology’s aspiration to introduce school

students to DigitalLearning at the earliest possible time in their
education, the Tech School is currently working with a number of
schools in the Apo area. We have been delivering our curriculum
in CLEVERLAND SCHOOL, Pacemark Internation, Deogratias
Intional for the past two years during their evening sessions and
weekend sessions. In addition to the aforementioned evening
classes, to make it easier for the students to attend, they propose
to deliver their after-school coding “TechClub” course
exclusively for the students of JRJ Excellence Academy on the
following basis.

 The extra-curricular classes will take place in the schools

Computer labs.
 The classes take place once in any day between Monday to
Friday from 2:20pm depending on school preference.
 Classes will be 1 hour in duration per week.
 The course will run for 10 weeks in a term.
 The course cost will be N25000 per student
 All levels of technical support will be catered for
 Registration can be completed at the school.
