    1 Substrate should be free from mould oil,
    grease, loose particles and contamination of

    MATERIAL PREPARATION
    PHYSICAL FEATURES
    1 Mix 1 bag of 25kg Finish White 833 with
    11 - 12 ℓ water for at least 3 minutes by
    Package Approx. 25kg
    electrical mixer until homogeneous
    Water Demand 11 - 12 ℓ (44 - 48%) 2 1 – 2 mm thickness can be applied in 1 coat.
    After the previous coat is hardened, 2 coats
    Consumption 1.1 kg/m²/mm
    can be build-up and total thickness up to 4mm
    Binder Cement, Green Binders 3 Sand paper polishing is advised to apply
    within 48 hours
    Filler Size < 0.3 mm
    4 Paint can be applied at least 3 days after
    Application Thickness 1 - 2 mm per coat application to reduce the alkalinity

    Pot Life 2 hours CURING

    1 Natural air curing is sufficient

    STORAGE 2 Recommended to apply water mist curing in


    Shelf life is 6 months if stored in dry and cool place first 2 days during hot climate

    Wear NIOSH approved facemask during mixing
    as to avoid inhaling of dust. May cause irritation to
    eyes and skin:
