Communications is “which mainly involves three elements: sender, message, and receiver. Here, the receiver interprets the sender’s message and tries to understand it in the best possible manner. An effective communication occurs only iff the receiver understands the message in exactly the same way as it was intended by the sender. Feedback. Managers must also take special care of their body language, facial expressions, gestures for effective communication.
