NOTE!
Before start of software programming, SS-connector for secondary steering must be removed. If the SS-connector is not
removed, the secondary steering pump will start and run during the programming process which can harm the pump. No need
to remove FU49 when SS-connector is removed.

NOTE!
Do not forget to reinstall the SS-connector when the programming of the software is completed. Otherwise, the machine could
end up in limp home mode and the secondary steering will stop working.

NOTE!
During programming, an ACM red central warning may appear. This is due to the programming and will be erased when the
programming is finished. After programming is performed, the battery main switch should be turned off for 3 minutes after key-
off before it is possible to erase all error codes in TechTool.
NOTE!
To avoid disturbances in the boom and tilt function after programming with this software, it is important to perform calibration
as follows:

Run TechTool op. 91202–3” Lift/Lower, Complete” and 91204–3 “Tilt In/Out, Complete” after the software programming is
completed.
In case of software programming issue, create a Service Techline call.
In case of software downloading issue, create a Support Tools Techline call.
Action (only valid CWL)
NOTE!
Before start of software programming, connector MO6401.3:1 on the secondary steering pump must be disconnected. If the
connector is not disconnected, the secondary steering pump will start and run during the programming process which can harm
the pump.

NOTE!
Do not forget to connect MO6401.3:1 connector on the secondary steering pump when the programming of the software is
completed. Otherwise, the machine could end up in limp home mode and the secondary steering could stop working.
