    Dear Hon. Evardone,

    Greetings of peace and goodwill!

    I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. On behalf of the Sangguniang Barangay of San
    Francisco, Sulat, Eastern Samar, I am writing to earnestly seek your support for our upcoming Barrio
    Fiesta to be held on September 28-29, 2024. This event is a cherished tradition in our barangay,
    fostering unity, celebrating our vibrant culture, and strengthening the bonds within our community.

    As part of this year’s celebration, we are organizing 4 major events: the "Ganda ng Nanay Ko"
    competition, “Amazing Race”, “Fun Run”, and the "Barangay Beautification Contest." to name a few.
    These events are designed to encourage community participation, highlight local talents, and promote
    efforts to beautify our surroundings. However, to ensure the success of these events and provide
    adequate prizes to participants, we are in need of additional financial support.

    Given the current budget constraints of our barangay, we are reaching out to you for any assistance you
    can extend. We kindly request your support, whether in the form of a financial contribution or any other
    assistance, to help us achieve the desired prize amounts for these competitions.

    The proposed prizes are as follows:

    Barangay Beautification Contest:


     1st Prize: P10,000.00
     2nd Prize: P7,000.00
     3rd Prize: P5,000.00
     3 Consolation Prizes:
    P3,000.00 each (Total: P9,000.00)
    Ganda ng Nanay Ko:
     Crown: P7,000.00
     1st Runner-Up: P5,000.00
     2nd Runner-Up: P3,000.00
     4 Exposures:
    P500.00 each (Total: P2,000.00)
     Consolation Prize: P3,000.00
    Amazing Race:
     1st Prize: 3,000.00
     2nd Prize: 2,000.00
     3rd Prize: 1,000.00)
    Fun Run
     1,000.00

    We would be deeply grateful for any support you could provide to help us meet our goals. Your
    generosity, no matter the amount or form, will significantly contribute to the success of our event and
    reinforce the spirit of togetherness and pride in our community.
