- Customer requests (seasonality and preferences)

- Location of the organization.

- Method: Speak with 1-2 corporate leaders to learn how this external influence affects the
corporation and its employees.

Section 3: Workforce Planning Solutions

- Objective: Using discussions or research, propose one solution to a workforce staffing


concern.

- How does this solution assist the organization?

- What are the short and long term benefits?

- What are the limits of this solution?

- Follow-up: Consult with a management about the viability of your proposed solution.

Peer Review Criteria:

1. Internal Analysis:

- Did the submission identify any relevant internal factors?

- Did the author gain insights from discussions with company leaders?

- Is there a clear knowledge of the company's internal issues?

2. External Analysis:

- Has the application addressed any relevant external factors?

- Did the author consult with leaders to analyze external challenges?

- Do you have a good knowledge of the influence of this external factor?

3. Workforce Planning Solutions:

- Is the recommended remedy properly explained?


- Does the solution address the problem indicated in the submission?

- Are the benefits, short and long-term gains, and restrictions clearly stated?

- Did the author discuss the solution's practicality with a company leader?

4. Writing Quality:

- Is the submission properly written and organized?

- Are the ideas conveyed logically and cohesively?

- Are grammar and spelling correct?

As a peer reviewer, provide constructive input, ensuring that the suggestions are useful for
improvement while also recognizing the submission's qualities.
