Built-in PD protocol input request module, apply for fast charging voltage from PD adapter through CC1 and CC2.
IP6829 has two built-in symmetrical half-bridge driver modules and built-in power MOS.
DPM
For USB power supplies with insufficient power supply capacity, it has a dynamic power management function to keep the charging state uninterrupted. When the system detects that the input
voltage is lower than 4.3V, the DPM function is activated to reduce the transmission power and maintain it. When the input voltage returns to above 4.75V and the input current is reduced by 200mA
compared to when entering DPM, the system exits the DPM state.
Digital Demodulation
Built-in two-way ASK demodulation module, can collect coil voltage and current for ASK communication demodulation and decoding.
The signal is acquired through the impedance and sent to the chip for digital demodulation and decoding.

IP6829 supports static FOD foreign object detection and dynamic FOD foreign object detection;
Static FOD means that foreign objects on the coil can be detected when there is no wireless charging; Dynamic
FOD means that foreign objects on the coil can be detected when wireless charging is in progress;
IP6829 can adjust the sensitivity of static FOD by adjusting the capacitance on the V_DET pin; by default, a 2.2nF capacitor is connected to ground.
Standard static FOD sensitivity; the larger the connected capacitance, the higher the sensitivity of the static FOD, and the easier it is to detect foreign objects;
IP6829 can adjust the sensitivity of dynamic FOD by connecting an external resistor from the LOSS_THR pin to GND. By default, the LOSS_THR pin is connected to a
100K resistor to ground, using the standard dynamic FOD sensitivity. The larger the external resistor R_Loss of LOSS_THR , the lower the sensitivity of dynamic FOD, and the
more difficult it is to detect FOD. The sensitivity of dynamic FOD is set by only detecting the resistance of the LOSS_THR pin at power-on. 50K<R_LOSS resistance<130K.

The NTC pin of IP6829 outputs a fixed current of 20uA. The NTC PIN determines the NTC temperature by sampling the voltage of the NTC pin. This shutdown feature
provides enhanced applications, not limited to thermal shutdown. When the voltage of the NTC pin is less than 0.5V, the system will enter the NTC protection state and end power
transmission. After entering the NTC protection, the NTC pin voltage is greater than 0.72V, and normal charging will resume. If the NTC application is not used, the pin is grounded
Refer to the NTC resistor data sheet to find the resistance-temperature relationship
protection temperature point 3. Determine the series resistance R_SetPoint1 and the parallel resistance
R_SetPoint2 according to the following formula If the temperature protection point needs to be increased: parallel resistance R_SetPoint2 NC, change the
series resistance R_SetPoint1=25K-RNTC; If the temperature protection point needs to be reduced: series resistance R_SetPoint1=0 ohm, parallel resistance R_SetPoint2=25K*RNTC/(RNTC-2
The recommended resistors for the protection temperature of 60 degrees are as follows: RNTC=100K@25 degrees B=3950, R _ Setpoint1=0 ohm, R _ Setpoint2 NC;
The recommended resistors for the protection temperature of 70 degrees are as follows: RNTC=100K@25 degrees B=3950, R _ Setpoint1=7.5K ohms, R _ Setpoint2 NC;
The recommended resistors for the protection temperature of 50 degrees are as follows: RNTC=100K@25 degrees B=3950, R _ Setpoint1=0 ohm, R _ Setpoint2=82K ohm.

6. IP6829 Application Instructions
IP6829 can realize wireless charging solutions of different powers by matching different transmitting coils and resonant
capacitors. According to customer needs, 10uH coil with 250nF resonant capacitor, 6.3uH coil with 400nF resonant capacitor can be customized.
IP6829 can repeatedly burn firmware, and needs to use the matching upgrade tool to upgrade.
IP6829 only requires a small number of passive components such as capacitors and resistors to achieve a fully functional wireless charging solution.
