This is in reference with the discussion we had with you regarding the construction
of the above-mentioned subject at Sahjanwa. As per your request we are
submitting the rate quotation to you as follows: -

Note: 5% charge will be extra
Rate for lifting material floor to floor in this rate

 MUMTY - Rs 480 @sqft X 250 = 1,20,000

 BRICK COBA - Rs 130 @sqft


Note: this work for water proofing used in Terrace

 SEPTIC TANK - Rs 1,00,000 (lump sum amount)

Below given works included in this Amount:


1- Structure Work:
a) R.C.C Structure, Tie beams, Plinth Beam
b) R.C.C. Slab (slab thickness & steel as per structure drawing)
c) Super structure brickwork 9” or 4½” where required.
2- Internal Electrification Work:
a) Conduit PVC Pipe + Band medium grade of ISI make, V.K. Gold, A.K.G., Plaza.
b) Juction Box, Fan box - Iron, Deep box – C.I.
c) Wire of Seiko, Harvell’s make and Modular Switches of Anchor, Polar or
equivalent.
3- Internal Plumbing/drainage Work:
a) Drainage/down pipes of PVC (supreme, finolex or equivalent) of 4”/6” as per required.
b) CPVC (supreme, or equivalent) pipes for water supply as per specified.
c) Inspection chambers, manholes and gully traps etc as per drawing.
e) Toilet seat fixtures of Hindware make and C P VC fittings of jacuzzi (provided by client)

Inside / out side plaster on walls.
5- Steel:
Reinforcement steel as per structure drawing
6- Civil Material Specification:
Bajri & Bazarfoot –First quality, Sand – Local, CEMENT - ACC, My Cement, Birla plus, ultra
tech. Buland, BRICK 1ST Class, Iron – Kamdhenu, etc.
7- Flooring:
As per specification chart (interior work)
8- Door and windows:
As per specification chart
9- Chaukhat:
As per specification chart(wooden)
10- Painting:
For interior Oil bound distemper of Asian paints and for exterior royal shine & DULUX
paints. Color as per architect and client’s choice.
11- Iron works:
GRILL WORK on windows as per design specified by the architect.
Railing to be made in S.S., MS or glass

Note: -
1- Measurement – the areas given in agreement are the approx areas based on proposal
drawings, final covered area will be measured outer to outer of roof & including cantilever chajja
till Porch except open courtyard area.
2- Outside extra work on the covered area will be calculated item rate.
3- Arrangement of water & light on the site by Owner.
4- Following items will be charged extra if required by client. The costs of these items are not
included in the covered area rates: -

*If the above mentioned are being desired by the client then they shall be charged extra as
per the market rates
