Subject: Urgent Request Regarding Lack of Facilities and Academic Issues

Dear College Administration,

I hope this letter finds you well. We, the concerned students and parents, are writing to bring to your attention
pressing matters affecting the academic environment and progress of students in the DAE Electrical Technology
program.

Over the past few weeks, we have faced significant challenges in the following areas:

1. Inadequate Water Facilities: No cold and drinkable water is available, and bathroom water is insufficient and
unhygienic.

2. Teacher Availability: Essential subjects like Physics and Electrical Instruments and Measurements lack
available teachers, disrupting academic progress.

3. Computer Lab Issues: Poorly maintained labs have only 2-3 functional PCs, with the rest in disrepair.

4. Incomplete Courses with Approaching Exams: Many subjects remain unfinished, leaving students unprepared
for upcoming exams.

These issues severely impact the learning environment and academic performance. We urgently request a
meeting with the administration at the college on 18/09/2024 at 10:30AM to discuss these concerns and
potential solutions.

We believe that together, we can enhance the students' educational experience and ensure they are well-
prepared for exams. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
