Requirements & Responsibilities
The current market scenario has changed, and now collaboration is the key to
sustainability. We have designed this proposal to benefit both the organization and win-
win situation for both.
To make this collaboration successful we have to clearly define our roles and
responsibility.

Our Requirements
A premise of minimum 1000 sq. ft with complete civil works, electricity, power
backup, light & fans for lab & incubation center establishment
A functional classroom of a minimum capacity of 50 students for the theoretical
classes
Accommodation & Fooding for invited guest in placement drives
Cooperation for workshops

Our Responsibilities
After completion of the collaboration tenure the complete CRD functional lab
ownership will be handed over to the Institute
CRD Lab wear & tear and maintenance is our responsibility
We will conduct everyday one physical class for CRD Lab and alternate days
virtual or physical classes for PDP program
We insure that every registered student should get minimum three internship
and seven job interview opportunity
On annual basis, we will try that at least 50+ companies should participate in
placement drive
As an EDC INDIA partner, we will place the Institution logo & name in the
company website and all events hosted by us in all over India
We will update the Institution about on-going and future national &
International competitions for students. We also help the students to prepare
for these competitions
We will conduct a core technical and other workshop in the monthly basis
On a quarterly basis we will invite an Industry expert for the guest lecture and
workshop
We also assist the Institute for the possible Student Exchange Program
We will assist the Institution by sharing our expertise for their future growth.
This initiative will help our partner institutes to adopt the New Education Policy
and also help them to improve their national & international ranking
We will help the institute to increase their Patent profile

As mentioned before, EDC INDIA is a Non-Profit Organization so making money is
not our prime objective but there is always an operational cost for any activity.
