Sr. Software Engineer (PHP & ReactJS)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (PHP & ReactJS) to join our dynamic development team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both PHP and ReactJS, with a strong focus on
building robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications. You will be responsible for developing
and maintaining our web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering top-tier
solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

● Develop high-quality software design and architecture


● Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
● Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
● Review and debug code
● Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software
stack
● Determine the root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient,
and permanent technical solutions
● Assist in task planning, estimation, and scheduling
● Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching,
and training opportunities
● Determine process improvements, and best practices, and develop new processes
● Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management

Additional Requirements:

● Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in developing web application using PHP Laravel
and MySQL
● In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages
● At least 3 years of experience in ReactJS, Webpack, Redux
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs
● Superb communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and time management skills
● Sound knowledge of Software Development Methodologies (Scrum, Agile, etc.)
● Ability to be an analytical and creative thinker
● Strong technical and business communication skill
Educational Requirements:

● Minimum BSc in Computer Science or proven work experience in relevant field will also be
considered

Experience Requirements: 7+ Years
