Time Table : The Starting Dates and the exact Batch timings are given on Pg. 2, 3 & 4. Students who have attended Sem. I Classes here (Aug. 2011 to Nov. 2011) should preferably continue to attend as per the earlier timetable of Sem. I. In any case, students should inform our office (before 13 Jan.) about their choice of regular batches for the second semester. Fees :
` 5500/- per subject for club members. Non-Club members have to pay an additional amount of ` 100/-per subject. New students enrolling at Vidyalankar for the first time are required to pay a one time registration charges of ` 100/-. Please check with our office staff for the benefits of Vidyalankar Club. Club membership is ` 300/- and includes the one time registration charges of ` 100/-

Students who have enrolled for M I / Mech / CP I in the first semester, should please note that they are automatically enrolled for M II / Drawing / CP II respectively in the second semester. The fees paid earlier are for both the semesters and now no additional payment has to be done. They may enroll for additional subject (M II / Drawing / CP II) in the second semester. However they will not be allowed to drop / change the subject. [Students who have opted for installment scheme but have not yet paid the 2nd installment, should pay the same immediately].

Mode of Payment : Fees may be paid in Cash or Credit Card or by Bank Drafts / Local Cheque. (Local Cheques are accepted upto 5 days before the commencement of Classes). Bank Draft /Cheques should be drawn in favour of 'Vidyalankar Classes and Publications'. Refund of Fees : Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Office Timings : 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (every day, including Sunday)

Prize Claim for FE - Sem. I Exam.

Vidyalankar students who score 70% or more in any subject are eligible for cash prizes upto
` 2000/- per subject. Such students should fill Prize Claim Form at any of our centres (or post the

result on our facebook page or register on our website www.vidyalankar.org).

Note: (Refer Time table Pg. 2, 3 and 4) 1) 2) Each batch is assigned a unique batch code. Please ensure that there is no discrepancy in the batch you have chosen and the batch code printed on your receipt. The various batches for Maths will be known as M II (7021231), M II (7021241), etc. Similarly for the other subjects. A student cannot select clashing batches. e.g. a student cannot take M II (7021251) and Drawing (7071251) ; he may take M II (7021251) and for Drawing, he should select any batch except (7071251) All the subjects will be completely covered well before the next University examination which is likely to be held in May 2012. There is no hard and fast rule about the choice of the batches. Any one will be allowed to change the batch to any other (available) batch at later stage, if needed (of course, only after written permission from our office). Change of subject will not be permitted under any circumstances. A student may attend different subjects at our different branches (Dadar, Andheri, Borivali, Ghatkopar, Thane, Dombivli, Chembur, Vashi, Nerul or Panvel ) according to his / her convenience. (Shifting from our one branch to any of our other branches will also be permitted, if needed, of course, only after written permission from our office). i) All the long sessions will have adequate breaks. ii) The dates, timings & duration given are tentative and we reserve the right to alter these. Student -on-demand Batches : Students may give a written request to our Centre Co-ordinator in the prescribed form if they want Vidyalankar to offer batches for additional subjects or want batches at a schedule other than that mentioned in the prospectus. Our Classes for the 1st Sem. (KT) will commence immediately after the Sem.I results are declared.
