Recommentdation and Conclusion
- Recomendation:
Based on the mentioned-above discussions of the results, it is easily found out that
balance between studying and working part-time as a student. Thus, there are some
following solutions which help ISBA freshmen balance between studying and working
part-time as a student. First of all, solution to the problem of concentration in studying. In
detail, the students said that when they went to work, it was easy for them to lose focus
on studying. Need to arrange some private time every day for studying. Therefore, the
first thing you need to do is put aside all the things that are not related to the current
lesson. Put thoughts about work out of your head while studying, don't let worries
dominate your concentration. When something causes you to lose concentration, try to
stop those extraneous thoughts and bring your attention back to the lesson as quickly as
possible. Concentrating will help you solve lesson problems much more quickly. Besides,
to use your time properly, you need to summarize and update the program every week,
make a list of things to do, and do the more important things first. Write down what needs
to be done, then decide what to do now, what to do later, ask someone to do it, or
postpone it for a long time. It is necessary to have a calendar to organize work by week
and month: mark part-time work, school, and group meetings in a time-boxed notebook
or table. Long-range planning calendar: use one for each month so you can plan ahead.
Long-term planning calendars like this will remind you to use your time well.Next,
solutions to the problem of improving health for students working part-time. Most
students who work part-time do not have time to take care of their health. Eating is no
longer a necessity for them. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the health of students
who work part-time to avoid having a major impact on their studies, leading to lower
academic results. First, pay attention to your diet. Second, students who work part-time,
more than anyone else, need to get enough sleep, about 7-8 hours a day, to be healthy
enough to be able to study and work at the same time. No matter how busy you are at
noon, you should take a nap for at least half an hour because people find that an afternoon
nap, although short, will greatly help the absorption of knowledge in the afternoon and
create refreshment in studying. Third, you should limit the use of unnecessary
medications. Fourth, students who work part-time need to be conscious of always
maintaining a good psychological state. Finally, solution to the problem of finding part-
time jobs suitable for the industry. Students will often choose part-time and temporary
jobs. Directly related to what you are studying at university, consider that job as the first
internship step to prepare for your future career. You can participate in volunteer
activities, public programs, or social centers such as: tutoring disadvantaged children,
participating in propaganda of school and country holidays, etc. Many students have
accumulated experience and had good job opportunities after graduation thanks to those
activities.
- Conclusion:
In conclusion, I fully hope that the results of my research are capable of raising the
similar interests concerning the need for students to find part-time jobs today. These
subjects, as I have found out from the limitation of my own research, are extremely
worthy of further and deeper investigations. While exploring the students' balance
between study and part-time work, I recognize that the there would also be a variety of
student’s age group, which affects directly the results of the study. Thus, broadening the
scope of the survey would be likely to bring up new and unconventional results awaiting
sesoning and explanation. Therefore, it is my hope that there would be more studies in the
future to thoroughly examine other perspectives of this topic.
