Criteria for Tutor Salary
Serial Areas Criteria
1 Punctuality At least 90% attendance of the tutor
2 Lecture Plan Completely follow the lecture plan recommended by ACCA.
3 Test/ Quizzes Regularly conducts tests/ quizzes recommended/ shared by ACCA and returns the marked answers with students.
4 Term Tests Regularly conducts tests/ quizzes recommended/ shared by ACCA and returns the marked answers with students.
5 Revision Conducts revision class(es) for students before the final exam.
Criteria for Tutor Bonus
Serial Areas Criteria
1 Punctuality 100% attendance of the tutor
2 Student Performance At least 80% or above students taught pass their exam(s) in first attempt.
Additional Information
Tutor Salary and Bonus shall be paid at the end of the course.
Salary shall be calculated based on the number of students taught by the tutor for each course.
Tutors salary and bonus shall be paid by respective GCC Principal from the total funds allocated for this purpose.
