PROBLEM STATEMENT

 Descriptive study to assess the knowledge regarding danger sign and


associated factors among mothers attending child vaccination center of
children aged 0-12 months as selected in District Sarguja (C.G)

JUSTIFICATION OF SELECTING THIS PROBLEM


 Delay in care seeking is one of the causes for neonatal death. Mother’s
knowledge of neonatal danger signs is imperative to promote early
recognition of neonatal illness and reduces the delay in care seeking.

FEASIBILITY

 This was observational study conducted in rural community center


Sarguja. The sample size 60 women’s selected in especially in
economically less developed areas who attend child vaccination center
in surguja. Structured interview questionnaire related to assessment of
knowledge regarding neonatal danger signs and risk factor and their
prevention.

OBJECTIVES

 To assess knowledge of neonatal danger signs and its associated factors


among mothers attending child vaccination center at Sarguja.
 Assess the pre- test level of knowledge among mothers regarding
general sign of neonatal.

SETTING
 The present study will be conducted at rural community vaccination
center in District Sarguja (C.G.).
SAMPLE
 In this present study my sample are antenatal and postnatal mothers.

SAPMLE SIZE
 The present stud consist of 60 mothers attending community health
centers Ambikapur.

2. PROBLEM STATEMENT

 A study of knowledge on calcium deficiency disorder among


postmenopausal women in selected rural community SARGUJA.

 JUSTIFICATION OF SELECTING THIS PROBLEM

 Calcium, an essential nutrient for the human body. Indication that


inadequate dietary calcium intake may contribute to the etiology of
osteoporosis and age-related bone loss. Approximately 99% of the total
calcium stores are contained in the skeleton. The study majority of post
menopausal women among knowledge regarding calcium deficiency
disorder.
FEASIBILITY

 A experimental study will be conducted at rural community.


The sample comprised of 20 post menopausal women above 45 years,
selected in rural community District SARGUJA structured interview and
questionnaire related to awareness regarding calcium deficiency
disorder in menopausal women.

postmenopausal women’s in selected District hospital Ambikapur
(C.G.)
3. A study to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching programme
on knowledge and attitude regarding prevention and management
of high risk pregnancy among antenatal mothers selected hospital at
Raipur (C.G.)
4. A cross sectional study to assess the effectiveness of information
education and communication on knowledge regarding childhood
obesity among parents in selected home setting.

5.A study of risk factors and treatment modalities of ectopic pregnancy


among antenatal mothers selected in District hospital Raipur (C.G,)

5. A study to assess the effectiveness of stizs bath in reducing the


episiotomy pain among postnatal mother selected in sub center
Bhagwanpur (C.G.).
6. A experimental study to assess the effectiveness of Ginger on
relieving nausea and vomiting in pregnancy among antenatal ward,
selected M.M.I. hospital Raipur(C.G.)
7. A study to assess the knowledge regarding cervical cancer among
women between the age group of 35-45 years in cancer care Raipur.
8. Assessing the knowledge towards implementing practice of kangaroo
mother care in among postnatal mothers, selected in city care
hospital sarguja.
9. A study to assess the knowledge and practice of active management
of 3rd stage of labor with the help of OSCE among final year B.Sc.
nursing student M.M.I.N. College Raipur.
