Dear Trainees,
Welcome to the pre-training assessment for the capacity-building program provided by the
Ministry of Labor and Skills in collaboration with the FDRE Technical and Vocational Training Institute.
Please review the following instructions carefully before you begin:

1. Purpose of the Assessment: This assessment is designed to gauge your current understanding on
policy and reform initiatives, quality, innovative pedagogy, digital integration, entrepreneurialization, and
soft skills. Thus, this pre-assessment is intended to gather a broad overview of your prerequisite
knowledge of the training package, rather than to evaluate individual performance.
