This historic MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT between the
Ministry of Health represented by its Municipal Health Officer or Sanitary Inspector Bureau of Internal Revenue represented by its Revenue District Officer Ministry of Trade, Investments and Tourism represented by its Provincial Director The Philippine National Police represented by the Chief of Police O J. III. DATE AND TERM
THIS AGREEMENT will become effective upon signing by all parties and will commence at the start of the Fiscal Year 2022. The Agreement shall be LINDA S. BAUNTO RDO/BIR RD 107 reviewed annually by the parties to determine its continuation and/or need for modification.
PARTIES’ MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

● To conduct BUSINESS ONE STOP SHOP CONVENTION every 3 rd week (5
days activity) of January where all the partners of this Agreement will convene at Mamasapano Town Hall Lobby to accommodate, assist and process the documentary necessity of Mamasapano constituents.

● Issue Police Permit and Clearance.
● Ensure that during the renewal of Business Permits the representative

● Encourage community’s participation in the fire prevention program of
the agency.

MINISTRY OF HEALTH (MOH) RESPONSIBILITIES
● Ensure that all Food Products are clean and in accordance with the safety standards set-forth by the Bureau of Foods and Drugs Administration.
● Issue a Certificate of Sanitation.
● Assist in promoting the LGUs campaign in Tax Campaign.

● Help identify land ownership especially those that were loaned with the Land Bank of the Philippines for the payment of Real Property Taxes in relation to land were covered by the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program.
